Directions
Keep Screen Awake
Add ground turkey, egg, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chopped green onions to a large bowl. Mix gently until everything is just combined. Try not to overmix, so the burgers stay tender.
Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Form each portion into a burger patty. Press a small indent into the center of each patty to help them cook evenly and keep their shape.
Place a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Spray lightly with oil.
Add patties to the hot pan. Cook for 5 minutes per side, or until browned on the outside and fully cooked in the center.
Turkey burgers are done when they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings, wrap in lettuce for a lighter option, or add to a burger bowl with rice, greens, pickles, tomatoes, and sauce.
