Method
- Add ground turkey, egg, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and chopped green onions to a large bowl. Mix gently until everything is just combined. Try not to overmix, so the burgers stay tender.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Form each portion into a burger patty. Press a small indent into the center of each patty to help them cook evenly and keep their shape.
- Place a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Spray lightly with oil.
- Add patties to the hot pan. Cook for 5 minutes per side, or until browned on the outside and fully cooked in the center.
- Turkey burgers are done when they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings, wrap in lettuce for a lighter option, or add to a burger bowl with rice, greens, pickles, tomatoes, and sauce.

Notes
For extra juicy burgers, avoid pressing down on the patties while they cook. Since lean turkey has less fat, the egg, olive oil, and Worcestershire sauce help keep the burgers moist and flavorful.
