Place the flour in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs and water until smooth.
Dip each chicken drumstick into the egg mixture, then coat with flour. Gently tap off any excess flour and set aside. Repeat the process with the remaining drumsticks.
Heat the oil and fry the chicken for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and place on paper towels to absorb the excess oil. Sprinkle with salt if desired. Serve with tomato sauce and sliced tomatoes as desired.
