Ingredients
2 grade A eggs (whites and yolks separated)
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
4 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp fresh/evaporated milk


Place the egg whites in a bowl and separate them from the yolks. Beat using a mixer until foamy, then gradually add the sugar a little at a time until it is all incorporated and the whites become fluffy.
In another bowl, combine the egg yolks, vanilla extract, and fresh/evaporated milk, and mix until well combined.
Then, add the flour and baking powder, and mix until well combined.
Gently fold the flour mixture into the beaten egg whites.
Heat a pan, pour in the batter. Flip when one side is cooked. Ready to serve.
