Be the first to review!
Soufflé pancake is a soft, sweet, and fluffy Japanese-style pancake made with separated eggs, flour, milk, sugar, and a touch of vanilla. Whipped egg whites give the pancakes their light and puffy texture, while the yolk mixture keeps them creamy and tender. Cooked gently on the stovetop, this easy soufflé pancake recipe is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a cozy homemade treat.
