Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 taco seasoning packet original
  • 1 ranch seasoning packet Hidden Valley
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can mild chili beans
  • 1 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 can Rotel original
  • 1 can pinto beans drained
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • Lawry’s seasoning salt to taste
  • onion powder to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • paprika to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until fully browned. Drain any excess grease if needed.
  2. Add the taco seasoning packet, ranch seasoning packet, salt, pepper, Lawry’s seasoning salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Pour in the water, then add the chili beans, drained corn, Rotel, and drained pinto beans. Stir everything together well.
  4. Let the soup boil for 3 minutes.
  5. Turn the heat down to low and let it simmer for 13 minutes, or until you are ready to eat.
  6. Let it cool slightly, then serve and enjoy.
