  • 1 spoon (or muddler)
  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 measuring spoon
  • 1 popsicle mold set
  • 6 popsicle sticks

Directions

  1. Add the chopped raspberries and torn mint leaves to a mixing jar or bowl.
  2. Lightly muddle them with a spoon to release the berry juice and mint flavor.
  3. Add the raspberry syrup, honey, and buttermilk.
  4. Stir until well combined.
  5. Pour the raspberry buttermilk mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 8 to 10 hours, or until fully firm.
  7. To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
  8. Serve immediately while frozen.
