  • 1 cup ranch dressing, or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup softened cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and hot sauce. Stir until the chicken is well coated.
  3. Add the cream cheese and ranch or blue cheese dressing to the chicken mixture. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and half of the crumbled blue cheese, if using.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the dip is heated through.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and additional blue cheese crumbles, if desired.
  9. Serve hot with crostini or tortilla chips.
