Add the strawberries to a blender.
▢
Pour in the water, then add the granulated sugar and fresh lemon juice.
▢
Blend until smooth and pourable.
▢
Taste the mixture. Add a little more water if you want it less sweet, or a little more sugar if your strawberries are tart.
▢
Pour the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
▢
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for about 6 hours
, or until completely firm.
▢
To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
