  • 1 popsicle mold set
  • 8 popsicle sticks
  • 1 silicone spatula

Directions

  1. Add the strawberries to a blender.
  2. Pour in the water, then add the granulated sugar and fresh lemon juice.
  3. Blend until smooth and pourable.
  4. Taste the mixture. Add a little more water if you want it less sweet, or a little more sugar if your strawberries are tart.
  5. Pour the strawberry mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for about 6 hours, or until completely firm.
  7. To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
