Ingredients
5 chicken thighs
5 shallots, should be finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, should be finely chopped
1 inch ginger, should be finely chopped
2 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste


Combine all Ingredients A and marinate for 1 hour.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C until the heater light turns off. Allow 3 minutes.
Place the chicken in the Air Fryer and cook for 15 minutes.
Flip the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes.
Ready to serve. The Spiced Fried Chicken is ready to be served.
