There’s something instantly refreshing about this shrimp salad—the kind of dish that wakes up your senses before the first bite even lands.

The onions bring a gentle bite, the capsicum adds a crisp, garden-fresh crunch, and suddenly that slice of red chili sneaks in with a soft heat that lingers just enough to keep things exciting. It’s a balance of bold and clean, spicy yet cooling, vibrant but comforting.

Every forkful feels light but satisfying—like something you’d crave on a warm afternoon when you want food that energizes rather than weighs you down. It’s bright, punchy, and full of life… the kind of dish that makes you pause, smile, and go back for just one more bite.

This shrimp salad hits you first with that sharp, citrusy kick—fresh kaffir lime that almost makes your mouth water before you even take the second bite. The shrimp are warm, slightly smoky from the air fryer, and juicy inside, so you get that nice contrast against all the crisp vegetables.
