Shrimp are seasoned with black pepper, salt, and a little olive oil before being cooked in the air fryer, then tossed with crisp vegetables for a refreshing salad that works well for lunch, dinner, or a quick appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g shrimp
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 yellow onion sliced
  • 1 capsicum sliced
  • 1 red chili sliced
  • 5 kaffir limes juiced

Method
 

  1. Peel and clean the shrimp.
  2. Mix the shrimp with black pepper and salt. Brush with olive oil.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C until the heater light turns off. Allow 3 minutes.
  4. Place the shrimp in the Air Fryer. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove.
  5. Place the shrimp, tomato, onion, bell pepper, and red chili in a bowl.
  6. Pour in the lime juice and a little salt. Mix well.
  7. Now the Shrimp Salad is ready to be served.
