Combine Ingredients A and B in a bowl. Rub together with your hands until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Make a well in the center of the mixture, then add the sour cream. Mix.
▢
Flatten the mixture and press into a round mold.
▢
Brush the surface of the scone with milk.
▢
Bake at 200°C for 9 minutes.
