  • 1 oven
  • 1 cooling rack

Directions

  1. Combine Ingredients A and B in a bowl. Rub together with your hands until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
  2. Make a well in the center of the mixture, then add the sour cream. Mix.
  3. Flatten the mixture and press into a round mold.
  4. Brush the surface of the scone with milk.
  5. Bake at 200°C for 9 minutes.
