Wash the guavas well, then cut them into small pieces.
▢
Add the guava pieces to a blender with 1/2 cup cold water.
▢
Blend until smooth.
▢
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds. Press gently with a spoon to get as much pulp and juice as possible.
▢
Pour the strained guava pulp into a jug or glass.
▢
Add cold water little by little until the juice reaches your preferred taste and thickness.
▢
Stir in sugar if you want a sweeter drink.
▢
Add lime juice for a fresher flavor, if using.
▢
Serve with ice and enjoy immediately.
