Method
- Wash the guavas well, then cut them into small pieces.
- Add the guava pieces to a blender with 1/2 cup cold water.
- Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds. Press gently with a spoon to get as much pulp and juice as possible.
- Pour the strained guava pulp into a jug or glass.
- Add cold water little by little until the juice reaches your preferred taste and thickness.
- Stir in sugar if you want a sweeter drink.
- Add lime juice for a fresher flavor, if using.
- Serve with ice and enjoy immediately.
