- Mix the chicken drumsticks with the other Ingredients A.
- Place the flour in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs and water until smooth.
- Dip each chicken drumstick into the egg mixture, then coat with flour. Gently tap off any excess flour and set aside. Repeat the process with the remaining drumsticks.
- Heat the oil and fry the chicken for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and place on paper towels to absorb the excess oil. Sprinkle with salt if desired. Serve with tomato sauce and sliced tomatoes as desired.
