Beat Ingredients A at low speed with the hook attachment until the dough does not stick to the mixing bowl.
▢
Add butter and continue to beat until the dough becomes shinny and elastic.
Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
▢
Divide the dough into 60g each and cut out with a donut cutter.
▢
Let it rise until double in size about 45 minutes.
▢
Deep-fry donuts in hot oil until golden brown.
▢
When cold, coat with fine granulated sugar and icing sugar.
