Soft, delicate, and lightly buttery, homemade crepes are a simple treat that feels special without being difficult to make. A smooth milk-and-egg batter creates thin, tender layers with a gentle hint of vanilla in every bite.

Cooked slowly in a warm pan, each crepe turns out soft with lightly golden edges. They are easy to fold, roll, or stack, depending on how you like to serve them.

A drizzle of chocolate syrup and a topping of fresh fruit make them extra delicious. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, dessert, or a sweet afternoon snack, crepes are always a lovely homemade choice.
