Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 cup refined flour sifted
  • 2 tsp melted butter
  • chocolate syrup for serving
  • fresh fruit for serving

Method
 

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and milk, then whisk well until combined.
  2. Sift the flour into the bowl and whisk until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
  3. Add the melted butter and mix again.
  4. Place a pan over low to medium-low heat until warm.
  5. Pour some batter into the pan and swirl it around so it spreads evenly into a thin layer. Cook on low heat until the crepe starts to set.
  6. Flip the crepe and cook for about 2 minutes on low heat.
  7. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with fresh fruit, if using.
