- Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla extract, and milk, then whisk well until combined.
- Sift the flour into the bowl and whisk until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
- Add the melted butter and mix again.
- Place a pan over low to medium-low heat until warm.
- Pour some batter into the pan and swirl it around so it spreads evenly into a thin layer. Cook on low heat until the crepe starts to set.
- Flip the crepe and cook for about 2 minutes on low heat.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup and top with fresh fruit, if using.
