Ingredients
1 chicken breast, thinly sliced
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
1 tomato, diced
5 ½ cucumbers, diced
½ cup mayonnaise
1 lime, juiced
5 slices of croissant bread
Salad leaves


Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C until the heater light turns off. Allow 3 minutes.
Rub the chicken with salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
Place the chicken in the Air Fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
Turn the chicken over and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and place it in a large bowl.
Mix well with mayonnaise and lime juice.
Add the mixed mayonnaise, tomatoes, and cucumbers to the bowl with the chicken. Mix well.
Slice the croissant and layer with lettuce leaves. Place the mixed chicken into the bread and serve.
