Ingredients
1 chicken breast, diced
1 tsp ground black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tsp olive oil
½ cup applesauce
1 green apple, finely chopped
½ cup raisins
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped


Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C until the heater light turns off. Allow 3 minutes.
Place the walnuts in the Air Fryer and drizzle with a little olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes and remove.
Season the chicken with ground black pepper and salt. Brush with olive oil.
Place the chicken in the Air Fryer. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove.
Place the chicken, zucchini, green apple, raisins, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Mix well and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
The Chicken and Apple Salad is now ready to eat.
