Method
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 180°C until the heater light turns off. Allow 3 minutes.
- Place the walnuts in the Air Fryer and drizzle with a little olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes and remove.
- Season the chicken with ground black pepper and salt. Brush with olive oil.
- Place the chicken in the Air Fryer. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove.
- Place the chicken, zucchini, green apple, raisins, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Mix well and sprinkle with sliced green onions.
- The Chicken and Apple Salad is now ready to eat.
