Ingredients

 ¼ cup sweet soy sauce
 2 tbsp liquid soy sauce
 1 tbsp sugar
 1 tbsp sesame oil
 3 cloves garlic, minced
 2 stalks green onion, minced
 2 tbsp roasted black and white sesame seeds
 ¼ tsp coarse chili powder
 500 g beef sirloin, thinly sliced
 ½ large Holland onion, sliced into rounds
 2 tbsp oil

Directions

In a bowl, combine the beef, sweet soy sauce, liquid soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.

Add the onion, garlic, and chili powder, mix well, and marinate for 1 hour.

Heat the oil and fry the beef in small batches until cooked.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
