Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp liquid soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 stalks green onion minced
  • 2 tbsp roasted black and white sesame seeds
  • 1/4 tsp coarse chili powder
  • 500 g beef sirloin thinly sliced
  • 1/2 large holland onion sliced into rounds
  • 2 tbsp oil

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef, sweet soy sauce, liquid soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and chili powder, mix well, and marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the beef in small batches until cooked.
  4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
