  • 4 popsicle sticks

Directions

  1. Add the mixed berries, lime juice, water, and maple syrup or honey to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and pourable.
  3. Taste the mixture and add a little more sweetener if the berries are too tart.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 5 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
