Method
- Add the mixed berries, lime juice, water, and maple syrup or honey to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and pourable.
- Taste the mixture and add a little more sweetener if the berries are too tart.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 5 hours, or until completely firm.
- To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.

Strain the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve before pouring it into the molds for a smoother popsicle, or leave it unstrained for a fruitier texture.
