  • 1 measuring spoon set
  • 1 rubber spatula
  • 1 popsicle mold
  • 6 popsicle sticks

Directions

  1. Add the peeled bananas, Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
  3. Taste the mixture and add a little more maple syrup or honey if you prefer it sweeter.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 6 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
