Add the peeled bananas, Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
▢
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
▢
Taste the mixture and add a little more maple syrup or honey if you prefer it sweeter.
▢
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
▢
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 6 hours
, or until completely firm.
▢
To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
