Method
- Add the peeled bananas, Greek yogurt, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if needed.
- Taste the mixture and add a little more maple syrup or honey if you prefer it sweeter.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 6 hours, or until completely firm.
- To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes
- Use bananas with plenty of brown spots for the sweetest flavor.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon or a spoonful of peanut butter for extra flavor.
