Directions

  1. Place the bananas in a pot of boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes, or until softened.
  2. Remove the bananas from the water and let them cool slightly.
  3. Peel the bananas and add them to a blender.
  4. Add the honey, fresh lime juice, cold water, and ice cubes.
  5. Blend for 20 seconds, or until smooth and well combined.
  6. Taste and adjust with more water or lime juice if needed.
  7. Serve immediately while cold.
