Dice the chicken into small cubes.
▢
Mix the olive oil, honey, black pepper, and salt with the chicken.
Let marinate for 2 hours.
▢
Preheat the Air Fryer to 200°C until the heating light turns off.
This should take about 3 minutes.
▢
Place the chicken in the Air Fryer and cook for 15 minutes.
▢
Add the pineapple to the Air Fryer with the chicken.
Cook for another 5 minutes.

Thread the chicken, alternating with pineapple, shallots, and cherry tomatoes.
