Add the mango chunks, dairy-free yogurt, coconut milk, maple syrup or agave, cardamom seeds, and lime juice to a blender.
▢
Blend until smooth and creamy.
▢
Taste the mixture and add a little more maple syrup or agave if you prefer it sweeter.
▢
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
▢
Gently tap the molds on the counter to release any air bubbles.
▢
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours
, or overnight, until completely firm.
▢
To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
