Peel the boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
▢
Carefully scoop out the yolks and place them in a bowl. Arrange the egg whites on a serving tray.
▢
Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, white vinegar, yellow mustard, lemon or lime juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
▢
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
▢
Sprinkle smoked paprika and/or a little seasoning salt on top.
▢
Chill before serving if you like, then enjoy.
