Deviled Eggs are a simple, creamy, and classic appetizer made with boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and a little lemon or lime juice for brightness. Egg yolks are mashed into a smooth filling, spooned or piped back into the egg whites, then finished with smoked paprika or seasoning salt. They are perfect for parties, family gatherings, holidays, brunch, meal prep, or anytime you need an easy make-ahead finger food.
