Butter Chicken is one of those comforting dishes that feels special but is still easy enough for a home-cooked meal. Juicy chicken is coated in a yogurt-based marinade with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, oil, and Shan Butter Chicken masala for deep flavor.

After marinating, the chicken cooks gently in butter until tender, then gets simmered with a smooth onion and tomato sauce. The sauce turns rich, creamy, and full of warm spices without needing too many ingredients.

A small drizzle of cream and fresh cilantro gives it a lovely finish. Serve it warm with garlic naan for a cozy, restaurant-style meal at home.
