- Cut a thick round slice from the center of a whole watermelon.
- Pat the top of the watermelon dry with a paper towel so the cream spreads better.
- Slice the watermelon round into 8 pizza-style wedges, but keep the pieces together in a circle.
- Spread the thick cream evenly over the watermelon, leaving a little border around the edge.
- Arrange the blueberries, sliced strawberries, and kiwi on top.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate, if using.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
- Serve cold and enjoy immediately.
