- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- Pour a ladleful of batter into a preheated nonstick pan. Flip when bubbles appear on the surface (wait until the surface is dry before flipping).
- Let it cook briefly, then remove. Serve hot.
