Method
- Place all ingredients except self-rising flour in a bowl and beat until well blended.
- Add self-rising flour and beat until well blended.
- Pour into a greased baking pan.
- Place a clean kitchen towel in the pot. Add the rack and water to the pot.
- Place the baking pan on the rack inside the pot and cover the pot.
- Set the button to 'STEAM'. Press 'STEAM' for 30 minutes and ON.
- When the pot beeps, press 'OFF'. Release the pressure. When there is no hissing sound, slowly open the pot lid. Cool the cake before serving.
- Now the Orange Cake is ready to be served.
