Onion Rings

Onion Rings

Be the first to review!
There is something to be said for a classic fried snack like these onion rings. With their crisp breadcrumb crust and the tender, sweet onion at the heart of them, they are golden, crunchy and not hard to put together in your own kitchen. You just take some thick yellow onion rings, give them a good dip in egg, seasoned flour and breadcrumbs, and fry them to a nice golden colour. They are unpretentious enough for a weekend or to have on the platter for game day, as a side to your burger or whenever the mood strikes for some crispy homemade onion rings with no fuss over the recipe.
