- Combine Ingredients A and B in a bowl. Rub the mixture with your fingers until it resembles breadcrumbs.
- Add mixed dried fruits and stir well.
- Make a well in the middle of the mixture, then add beaten whipping cream. Combine thoroughly.
- Flatten the dough and cut out with a round biscuit cutter.
- Sprinkle self-raising flour on top of scones.
- Bake at 200°C for 9 minutes.
