- Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pit. Chop into smaller pieces.
- Add the mango pieces to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If you prefer a thinner juice, add a little water and blend again until well combined.
- Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth if you want a smoother texture.
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled, with or without ice.
