  • 2 cup elbow macaroni cooked until tender
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cup milk whole milk for extra creaminess
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt
  • black pepper

Method
 

  1. Boil the elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until tender. Drain.
