Lasagna

Lasagna

Be the first to review!
There is no arguing with the comfort of a fine lasagna. When you put one of these together, you want to see tender pasta sheets and a beef bolognese that is as rich as it is authentic, a tomato meat sauce with all the right home made touches. Make sure to work in some smooth béchamel for the cream factor and be liberal with the cheese. It makes for an appealing dish at a get together or when you are putting dinner in front of the family, not least because the top will have browned off to a lovely golden hue. And it is just as good for your meal prep.
