Method
- Add the chopped kiwis, cold water, and honey to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and pourable.
- Place the chia seeds in a small bowl.
- Pour the blended kiwi mixture over the chia seeds and stir well.
- Let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes so the chia seeds can slightly thicken.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until fully firm.
- To unmold, run the outside of the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes
Use ripe kiwis for a naturally sweeter flavor. If your kiwis taste tart, add a little more honey before freezing. Avoid honey for babies under 1 year old.
