Key Lime Cheesecake

Key Lime Cheesecake

Be the first to review!
Creamy, citrusy, and just sweet enough, this no-bake Key Lime Cheesecake is such a refreshing little treat. A buttery digestive biscuit base is topped with a smooth filling made from cream cheese, condensed milk, and lime, while whipped cream keeps every bite light and soft. Fresh lime zest adds a bright finish, and serving it in individual molds makes it perfect for warm days, parties, or anytime you want an easy dessert without turning on the oven.
