Method
- Heat oil using the Stir Fry mode.
- Sauté shallots and garlic until fragrant.
- Add chili paste and cook until aromatic and the oil separates.
- Pour in water, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, and salt. Bring to a boil.

- Stir gently and turn off the heat.
