A crunchy homemade granola made with rolled oats, nuts, chia seeds, honey, and oil. It cooks quickly in the air fryer and pairs perfectly with Greek yogurt for an easy breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 handful hazelnuts
  • 1 handful almonds
  • chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 pinch salt
  • greek yogurt for serving

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the rolled oats, hazelnuts, almonds, chia seeds, and salt.
  2. Pour in the oil, honey, and egg white. Mix everything well until fully coated.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on baking paper.
  4. Bake in the air fryer at 170°C for 14 minutes, or until golden.
  5. Let the granola cool completely so it crisps up.
  6. Assemble with Greek yogurt and enjoy.
