- Pour in the oil, honey, and egg white. Mix everything well until fully coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on baking paper.
- Bake in the air fryer at 170°C for 14 minutes, or until golden.
- Let the granola cool completely so it crisps up.
- Assemble with Greek yogurt and enjoy.
