Method
- Press 'Stir Fry' and 'ON'. Add the butter. Sauté the Dutch onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add the rice, water, sausages, cabbage, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Stir well and press 'OFF'.
- Close the pot. Set the dial to Pressure. Press High Pressure for 6 minutes and ON.
- When the pot beeps, press Off. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Open the pot. Add the scallions.
- Fluff the rice and it’s ready to serve.
