Egg Salad

Egg Salad

Be the first to review!
With this fresh, no-fuss recipe you can make a fine egg salad in the air fryer. The hard-boiled eggs are paired with a combination of salad leaves, tomatoes, spring onions and green bell pepper along with some crisp cucumber. As for the dressing, a little mayonnaise and chili sauce is all you need to get it nice and creamy with just a hint of spice and sweetness. Makes for an ideal filling but light meal for the family, or if you are prepping your lunch and brunch.
