Ingredients
  

Ingredient A
  • 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour sifted
  • 1 tsp baking powder sifted
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder sifted
  • 3 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Ingredient B
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cup fresh milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
Ingredients C
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • chocolate sauce optional

Method
 

  1. Combine the Ingredients A.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Ingredients B.
  3. Add to the flour mixture and stir until well combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Grease a skillet with a little oil. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter and cook until the top is bubbly. Flip and cook the other side. 
  5. After finishing, you can serve the Chocolate Pancakes with chocolate sauce.
