  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 7 oz cold whipped topping or whipped cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz melted chocolate optional, for dipping

Method
 

  1. Add the cocoa powder and sweetened condensed milk to a mixing bowl.
  2. Stir until smooth and no dry cocoa streaks remain.
  3. Fold in the cold whipped topping or whipped cream until creamy and fully combined.
  4. Spoon or pour the mixture into disposable cups or popsicle molds.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until firm.
  6. If dipping, melt the chocolate and let it cool slightly.
  7. Remove the frozen popsicles from the cups, dip them into the melted chocolate, and let the coating set.
  8. Serve right away, or return to the freezer until ready to enjoy.
