Ingredients
  

  • cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
Ingredients B
  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 cup corn oil
  • 1 cup hot water
Ingredients C (whipped until smooth)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Small aluminum bowl

Method
 

  1. Sift all Ingredients A.
  2. Mix all Ingredients B until well combined.
  3. Pour the B mixture into the A bowl and stir until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs to the batter. Stir well.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased aluminum pan.
  6. Preheat the Air Fryer to 140°C (284°F) until the heating light turns off. This should take about 3 minutes.
  7. Place the aluminum pan with the batter into the Air Fryer and [cooked-timer minutes="35"]bake for 35 minutes[/cooked-timer].
  8. Let it cool and decorate with chocolate decorations. The Chocolate Cake ready to be served.
